Laurel Bloomery is an unincorporated community in Johnson County, and it is located along TN Hwy 91 between Mountain City, Tennessee and Damascus, Virginia. It is the northeastern most community in the state with an elevation of 2410 feet. The community was named for the Laurel Creek which flows through the area which is known for its beautiful mountains and secluded valleys.
